This is a non-profit organization affiliated with Goldman Sachs, which aims to help women from developing countries improve their business and management skills through scholarship programs for BA and MBA degrees, as well as business and managerial certificates. According to their website, the initiative has six main components:
1. Provision of business and management education to 10,000 women from all over the world over a period of five years
2. Strengthen the quality and capacity of business schools in developing countries
3. Mentorship for women entrepreneurs
4. Work closely with women's organizations to better understand the challenges women and girls face on a daily basis
5. Development of partnerships in the US to help disadvantaged women
6. Access to the talents and skills of Goldman Sachs' staff
